A little about the authors/contributors at Cooking4Health. Christy, Nina, Eva and I (Marirose) are certified Nutrition Educators and Natural Chefs. We love food, love to cook food and love to talk about food. But more importantly, we love to educate, through the art of cooking, about what it means to make good food choices so that your body, mind and soul is given what it needs to perform at its peak.

It is too easy today to grab food and go. Most of what is easy to grab and go is also laiden with additives, refined sugars or artificial sugars, preservatives, bad fats and other things which are harmful to the body or which "excite" the mind in ways that are unpleasant to you. We would love to share our recipes and knowledge with you so that you can make better food choices for yourself and for your family. I hope you join us on our culinary adventures as we introduce to you wonderful whole foods such such as coconut oil, agave syrup, seaweed, miso, alternative grains and many other wonderful, nutrient-dense foods. Every meal should replenish your body, mind and soul. We only live once (on this earth at least). So let's make the most of it!
